主要研究领域及兴趣:
  活细胞在进行新陈代谢活动过程中,需要不断地与周围环境进行物质交换,细胞膜上的离子通道就是这种物质交换的重要途径。离子通道作为神经细胞膜上的基本兴奋单元,能够将细胞外的各种物理与化学刺激以及细胞内产生的生物化学信号转变成电信号,参与动作电位的形成与传递、肌肉收缩和细胞分泌等基本生理过程。现在,越来越多的证据表明离子通道还在免疫细胞和免疫反应中发挥重要作用。瞬时受体势(transient receptor potential, TRP)通道组织分布广泛,调节机制各异,可以响应从细胞内至细胞外的多种刺激,如温度、化学、炎性介质等,是机体感觉系统的重要组成部分。TRP通道在温度感觉中起重要作用,多个具有不同温度激活阈值的TRP通道组合在一起使得机体能够感知从冷到热一系列的温度变化。激活的温敏型TRP通道不但介导温度感知,而且还参与痛、痒觉等的形成和传导以及各种炎性疾病的发生。我们长期关注与痛觉及伤害性传导密切相关的离子通道的生物学功能和作用机制,聚焦于膜离子通道的门控(开启或关闭)机制与功能调控,以阐述离子通道在神经信号调控及抗病毒感染免疫反应中的作用为主要研究目标。
