Walkabout Wednesday…on the porch!

Some days, despite being in an awesome pedometer club (courtesy of Marianne), I don’t get far on Walkabout Wednesdays.  Some days, I barely make it outside.

…and this is what I came up with.  So long, summer!

(This is what it looked like BEFORE)

Sometime in the past few months, I added a little hedgehog bell to the stoop.  I have debated switching out the mailbox, but I’m not sure about that yet.  These life-altering decisions take time, y’all.  The planter, full of dying plants, was dumped into the compost, and replaced with a metal owl that I bought on clearance last year.  I LOVE a white pumpkin, and I had a few other things in the attic to put outside.

Next week, my walk will actually take me somewhere…I promise.

Well, you're two steps ahead of me when it comes to decorating the porch! Add that to your pedometer! Ha!

Did I mention I love that owl??

Hi Kirby, I'm glad Tina sent you to visit me and thanks for your sweet comment. Sweet Owl, cool vintage cart and white (ghost) pumpkin all I love. Looking forward to reading your blog.

What a great outdoor owl ( wonder if it would keep mice away? )
White pumpkins are my favorite too

If you're not going to go anywhere on Walkabout Wednesday you'll have to switch to Turnaround Thursday.
