A day late and about a zillion dollars short…

I like to take part in a couple of those group blog tours a month, because that’s how I get traffic…and maybe in a hundred years or so, the numbers will be impressive enough for advertisers to throw me a bone now and then.

(Because it’s either blogging or a second job, because retirement won’t pay for itself, you know!)
But I missed signing up for the summer blog tour, and they won’t have another one until fall.

(Which means someone who is a well-known blogger needs to take pity on me and do a blog tour and invite me. Even though we all know I’m not the person you invite to stuff.)

I am posting pics of my hydrangeas, just in case you do an outdoor tour.  We have great gardens here at Brandywine, and I’d love to show them off! (I am also not above begging/bribery.)

^That comment above? Was how I could get in touch with a voodoo doctor. No $hit. I kept the info in my in-box, so if you ever want to know how to reach a voodoo doctor? I can give you the skinny.

oh quit your crying and just go cut some of your beautiful hydrangeas and bring them inside of the house! :)

Now you have me totally intrigued as to what that comment was.

I was impressed with your beautiful garden but now I'm thinking, was the voodoo doctor going to give you a blog tour, or teach you how to get revenge on those ho don't invite you?

Well I am just totally jealous of your hydrangeas. We can't grow them in our zone :( Maybe that voodoo doc could give me the skinny on growing them here! You should keep that info...you never know when you will get the urge to poke someone in the eye! PS you are always invited to my blog and I think I better go and hide my hairbrush now! Cheers Kirby.

Duh, Kirb, voodoo ads pay big bucks. Right? I officially invite you to Wisconsin. You may want to hold off on your trip because I am involved in a porch rehab project that is the epitome of boooorrrring. I will notify you of its completion, which right now seems as though it will be around 2017.

Are you sure you can't just be a little fashionably late to the tour? Aren't there ays to use voo-doo to make people do things?

You're so funny! I'll try real hard to remind you next time (if there is a next time!) I'm not too proud to beg, either!

You're doing it again, and you know what I'm talking about.

Yay! You're alive! I love hydrangeas. I forgot to mention the thing about the Volvo and SS. It might be old enough for Social Security, but you know it will never actually get any, right?? The Fed has spent it all....

I can't believe your hydrangeas look like that already! Mind are so far behind yours, and yours are beautiful!!
You can make money blogging? Oh, right, I have heard that before...but I guess you actually have to write in the blog to make money. If I was running a blog tour, I'd definitely invite you, Kirby! One day...and you wouldn't have to beg...I'd be begging you to join me!
Debbie :)
