Walkabout Wednesday #1!

Because my friend Mare has inspired us to walk at least 10,000 steps a day…and now the weather is nice enough to do it…I’ve decided to take my camera with me.

This week on my sojourn, I saw this:

and for just a moment, my breath caught in my throat.
But then I saw this,

and it was okay, because I knew it was time!

Happy spring, y’all!

Also...don't forget the book club with Our Fifth House, Primitive and Proper and yours truly!  I am a little late in letting y'all know that The Forgotten Garden is our book for April, but I'll jump right on the May title so you have plenty of time to read.

Only yesterday I took some photos of a blossom strewn path, when walking my dog.
I'm glad that Spring has finally come to your neck of the woods.

"Walkabout"...I haven't heard that term much since the "Crocodile Dundee" movies were popular! Gosh, I love the photo of the gorgeous trees in bloom...great job by God to make the trees and you to take such a great photo of them!

We are just beginning to see trees blooming and it's gorgeous! Glad you are getting out and about and especially glad you are taking your camera with you.

Oh you lucky duck! No blooms here yet. But 50 every day so that's a good start. Your hydrangeas will be blooming before you know it.

You have trees blooming??!! I looked yesterday and the lilacs have barely peeked out yet. I can't wait to see what you are seeing.
