Hmmm ... that butterfly bush looks suspiciously like cannabis. Not that I would know or anything ....

OOOOOOOH! I had some of that ground cover, but it tried to take over the world. Love your alien ferns. Somebody claimed the butterfly bush we had was dead, despite the fact that it was over four feet tall the year before he dug it up.

I'm laughing my ass off at Linda's comment - too funny !
But Spring has definitely sprung - love your photos :)

Spring must be really fun at Brandywine! I don't think that butterfly bush looks like cannabis at all. Your spring is WAY ahead of mine.

So pretty, we get random plants like the butterfly bush yesterday we found a tomato plant under the potting bench with tomatoes on it. It had been hidden behind the pumpkin vines so we didn't even see it. Bonus!

Hmmmm I had to Google cannabis plant to see what it looks like.....I'm just saying ladies! Anyways you have a beautiful garden Kirby! Looking forward to more pics as the season progresses!

I love the alien ferns! I'm so jealous of everyone with not only a yard, but plants, too. I'm working on a (rough) landscaping/planting plan, but Rome wasn't built in a day. Sigh....
