AND it feels like this is all we're going to see of spring - pretty pictures - because everytime it starts melting here - it just comes back and back and back and back and back and back and back and back........... XXX
Such gorgeous pictures. That middle one...that's what I want! It would be like walking through an arboretum just to get to my front door. I really need to work on my own kirb appeal. Ha!
Like Suzan in Montreal, our snow just keeps coming back and back and back and back. The highlight of my week? My neighbor shoveled my sidewalk after yesterday's snowfall! I'm at one of those stages where I feel this is IT, we'll have snow, ice, and 20-degree temperatures for the rest of time. I'll only be able to see tulips via photos on the internet...
We don't have snow here but it's still very cool for this time of year...40's mostly! I love my yard and I want my yard to look just like that....but as I type, I am looking at my mildew blackened arbor that I JUST REPAINTED LAST YEAR......it never ends. I want a garden assistant.....not a cute one, because then I'll have to dress up....just a basic worker......sigh.... I bought tulips at Whole Foods....there is Spring somewhere else obviously....
I love cottage style flower gardens. I just don't have the talent to put one together or the patience to wait for it to fill in. My garden is always trial and error.
They are all beautiful . I have the stone pavers like the Santa Barbara house so I am going to keep looking at that one as inspiration for my spring garden. Just 8 days until spring break!!!
Beautiful pictures, Kirby! I had a touch of spring on the weekend too while visiting the garden show in Toronto. Such a tease, makes me want to hurry the season up more. And then more snow yesterday...Oh well, it's good for the farmers! Debbie :)
It's still snowing in Upstate NY but thanks for the fresh breath of greenery (for some reason that sounded more like at least one of us needs a tic-tac).
Eeeek, and hat is why I cannot go on Pinterest...I'd never come back! Looking at inches of snow here in CNY! My primrose are under there though! I saw them last week, when everything was green.

Oh those tulips are so pretty. I'd love flowers but at the moment every available space is used for veggies.
