Before and after, redux!

One of the projects for my dining room was a curio that housed some nice sherbet glasses.  It had been donated unfinished. 

So in order to bring out its inner beauty, I gave it two coats of CeCe Caldwell Pittsburgh Gray, then painted the top with Behr black.  After a day, I gave the top a coat of ebony polyurethane.  I spray painted the little metal knob with a hammered metal that turned it pewterish.


Here it is, below my painted window.

Bombs...Funny! I had to look back at the before picture because I was like,"Bombs? What bombs?".
Very nice Kirby. Working under pressure of a possible explosion seems to bring out your best. :)
